On Monday morning I was listening to KLCE. They have a morning show with Wayne and Liza. to find out that the DJ had passed away over the weekend. He was my favorite Dj. I don't listen to the radio a lot but when I did it was always in the morning to here their show. He was so funny. Here is part of the story news 8 did with a link to the whole story.
One of the most recognized voices of Eastern Idaho, Wayne Richards, a long time DJ with KLCE, Classy 97, died in Hawaii Sunday night
Most of us know Richards as the voice of Melaleuca Freedom Celebration on the 4th of July in Idaho Falls. He is also known as the voice of the "Sounds of Sunday" which is on KLCE on Sundays.

Wow! That is too bad! He had an amazing voice for the radio, and I am sure he will be greatly missed. The fireworks won't be the same.

Will all miss him. He got me to the site when I was riding the bus listening to the radio on the way out. He will be missed.
