One Down One to Go

I got these kids chairs for my niece and nephew. I finished the one for my niece (who is not even born yet) today. For her chair I spray painted all the metal black and all the wood Hot Pink. Then I added Disney Princess stickers on the chair. I think the chair looks really cool. I hope when my niece is old enough she will enjoy the chair as much as I enjoyed make it for her.
It was a bigger project then I thought but in the end I am happy with the results. It took me about three weeks to finish it. The Pink paint was the hard apart. The first paint I got would not go on the wood the way I wanted it. So I had to get another type of Pink. The first one was florescent pink. For some reason that pink looked more like pink varnish then paint. Then mom (thanks Mom) found some Hot Pink spray paint. I didn't even know that they made Hot Pink Spray Paint. After about 4 coats I got the Pink to work. then I added the stickers then sprayed a clear coat of paint over all it. Then I went to my mothers and spray painted the metal black. (thanks Gary for the black spray paint) Tonight I brought it home and touched up a few spots and put the chair together.
