Krystal Hall: Shinedown, Cavo, Sick Puppies, and Adelita's Way

On Sept 24 I went to the SHINEDOWN Concert with Michelle. I had a great time. We got there about 6 and they started to let people in. We went to get t-shirts first. I got a shirt with the band members on it and the tour schedule on the back. Then I got a necklace with the bands logo and a small tag with the bands name. We go to the stage and were three rows from it. We were surprised to find out that we were getting to see 4 band instead of three. At 7 the lights went out and we got to see Adelita's Way first. I have not heard of them before. but I was surprised to find out that I really enjoyed them. They played for about 30 minutes. then Cavo came out and played. I have heard them before tonight. (granted a week before when Michelle bought a cd and let me borrow it) I liked them very much. They played Champagne, and Crash. They played for about 30 minutes. The crowd was getting a little more rowdy but we held our ground for the next band. Sick Puppies came out and played. Not to impressed with them. the crowd was getting really pushy and I got hit in the head by someone who was trying to jump up on everyone and get close to the stage. After they finished and we were waiting for Shinedown set. I asked Michelle if we could get out of this spot and find a better place to see them. so we headed to the back. I would rather be farther a way then be up close a be pushed around and not be able to enjoy the band. Shinedown came on it it was COOL. Brent Smith vocals were outstanding. He really got the crowd going. There was a small fight at the center of the stage that Brent went down with two security guards and help sort out. You could tell the crowds mood went down after to jerks were being jerks. but Brent got the crowd mood up higher and finish the show with out another problem. They played songs I really liked. Second chance, Devour, Sounds of Madness, Save Me, If You Only Knew, Cyanide Sweet Tooth Suicide. The concert got over about 11:15 and we stayed and got photo's of the opening bands. I got my photo taken with Sick Puppies. but I have to wait until the band uploads it to the internet. but when they do I will post it. The Photo at the top of the blog I took during the show and think it is cool. This was a birthday present for me by my brother and Michelle. Thank you so much. I had a really good time.
