SCI Sold

Karleen has told everyone that she has sold SCI. I have know since September but could not say anything. I have been helping Greg get all the information that the lawyers and owners needed. Greg told me not to worry about my job that they were not taken the jobs and getting rid of all the employees. The Benefits are better the holiday are the same We get 9 sick days and the rollover every year until you hit 45 days. I get three weeks of vacation instead of just two and can roll over those as well. once we hit our max you get paid of extra days you have on your anniversary date instead of losing them. We don't get personal days but we get 4 floating holidays. TD Servicing is a larger company out of California. They still have a 401k plan but they match 25 percent instead of the 6 the Karleen does now. Nothing will change company wise Jon, Terrill, Todd, Amy and Greg will help run things and Sandy the new CEO will just visit a couple of times a year. Greg has been working long hours and I try to help when I can. This is been interesting to see how this will all work out. So far they seem like a good company to work for.
